Get ready to move, smile, and celebrate strong, healthy hearts!
Join us for Happy Heats Pilates, a fun and engaging pilates class designed for kids in celebration of American Heart Month!
This age appropriate class encourages movement, balence, coordination, and healthy habbits in a supportive and upbeat enviorment. Through playful exericises and mindful movment, children will learn how taking care of thier bodies bild strong and healthy hearts.
This class will conclude with a short, kid freindly disscusion about heart health and why staying active is important. Our goal is to make wellness fun, empowering, and easy to understand.
